Who We Are
Mission
Our mission is to provide supports and services
for people with developmental and/or physical disabilities, that recognize their individual
strengths, dreams, and preferences;
to empower him or her to live, work, and recreate in their community with dignity and independence.
Services
CDD NCA's services include an early childhood program, an adult residential program, the community experience program, the supported employment program, and personal care structured to match each individual's specific strengths, needs, and personal preferences.
Accreditation
CDD NCA's adult services are certified and monitored by the Alabama Department of Mental Health (ADMH) and the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services (ADRS). All services are typically provided at no cost to the individual or their family, regardless of income.
Funding sources for the CDD NCA include ADMH, United Way, and ADRS.
