About the Run

CDD, NCA, Inc. is a non­profit organization whose purpose is the development and implementation of services for persons who are intellectually and/or physically challenged, or developmentally delayed.

We currently serve 396 individuals, and unfortunately, we receive little to no funding for many of them. Each year, CDD, NCA, Inc. raises money through the Delano 12 Hour Run and concurrent fundraising efforts.

The funds donated will go towards our Community Experience Program. This program aids the individuals served in the development of their vocational and daily living skills.

Many of the individuals currently served do not have the funds for activities such as going to the movies, visiting museums, or even shopping for clothes.

These activities promote personal enrichment and development and increase their overall quality of life.
